Opici Madeira is a full, rich wine with an amber color and a hearty, ripe flavor. It is perfectly suited to creating demi-glaze sauces and adds a burst of flavor to brown sauces, pork, and poultry gravy. While this Madeira is usually used for cooking, it is a delightful after dinner wine. Try it over ice or sip it from a brandy snifter.
